Tony works with congregations, judicatories, and clergy and lay leaders as both a consultant and coach.

As a consultant, he will work with you and your congregation or institution to assess your current situation and arrive at next steps, as well as long-range directions. He is effective at helping congregations and their leaders "take a fresh look," gain new perspective, and identify actionable next steps that are important to congregational health and vitality.

As a coach, Tony works with clergy across North America providing support, perspective, challenge and encouragement. A typical arrangement may (or may not) involve a site visit, after which coaching consultations usually take place monthly over the phone. Coaching may focus on particular issues and pieces of work, or be regular check-ins for feedback and perspective. The fee for coaching is $90 hour.
